Exchange & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Signature Shop BD. We want to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our guidelines regarding product checking, exchanges, and refunds carefully before finalizing your purchase.
1. Mandatory Product Verification upon Delivery

Check in Front of the Delivery Rider: Customers are strictly required to open and thoroughly inspect the product (including backpacks, handbags, travel bags, or ceramic mugs) in front of the delivery man at the exact time of delivery.

No Post-Delivery Claims: If there is any defect, damage, or if the product does not match your order, you must reject it and return it to the delivery rider immediately. Signature Shop BD will not accept any returns, exchanges, or refund claims once the delivery man leaves your location.
2. Product Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, the following conditions must be met:

Time Frame: You must contact us and initiate the exchange process within 2 days (48 hours) from the time of delivery.

Product Condition: The item must be completely intact, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and invoices attached. If the product shows any signs of wear or damage, an exchange will not be permitted.

Delivery Charges: The customer is responsible for paying all additional shipping and delivery costs incurred during the exchange process.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if you reject a damaged or incorrect product right in front of the delivery man, and a replacement item is unavailable in our inventory.

For paid orders (bKash, Nagad, Card, etc.), if the package is rejected at the doorstep, the refund will be processed through your original payment method within [e.g., 5 to 7] business days.
