1. Introduction & Account Registration

• By purchasing from Signature Shop BD, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under parental supervision.

• To place an order, you may be required to create an account or provide accurate personal details (Name, Phone Number, Shipping Address). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

2. Product Information & Availability

• We specialize in lifestyle products, including but not limited to men's & women's backpacks, women's handbags, travel bags, and ceramic mugs.

• While we strive to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings.

• All products are subject to availability. If an item goes out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices listed on our platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• We accept multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and secure online debit/credit cards.

• Signature Shop BD reserves the right to cancel any order if there is a pricing error or fraudulent activity suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver inside Dhaka and nationwide across Bangladesh using trusted third-party courier services.

• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 business days inside Dhaka and 3–5 business days outside Dhaka. Delays caused by natural disasters, political situations, or courier issues are outside our direct control.

• Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

5. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

• Customers must check the product in front of the delivery rider (especially for Cash on Delivery).

• Since we sell fragile items like ceramic mugs, any damage during transit must be reported immediately upon delivery with photographic or video proof.

• Returns or replacements for backpacks and handbags are applicable within [e.g., 3 to 7] days of receipt if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the description. The product must be unused, tag-intact, and in its original packaging.

6. Limitation of Liability

Signature Shop BD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, or from unauthorized access to your data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
